New Derby City BMX By-Laws
Revised February 2013

The Board of Directors and Officers have been working tirelessly to review, revamp and revise Derby City BMX's By-Laws. We recommend reading through them to familiarize yourself with how our Corporation is organized and managed.

Please take note of the new voting procedures for Directors and Officers - qualifying parents, riders and volunteers each get a vote equal to a Director's or Officer's vote for the election of President, Track Operator and Board of Directors.
